Guiding Home Care is an in-home health care agency servicing the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex with excellence and integrity.
​We offer patient centered care in coordination with your primary care provider. 

 

Guiding Home Care is licensed by the State of Texas, and certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Our staff is comprised of a team of qualified medical professionals committed to providing quality healthcare at home. These services are provided under the licensed and certified category of home heath service.
 

WHAT IS HOME HEALTHCARE?

Home healthcare is the service by which patients can receive quality medical treatment from skilled nurses, therapists and home health aides under the supervision of their physician. Each patient will have an individualized plan of treatment to meet their specific medical needs.

Because the treatment is at the patient’s home, there is a feeling of relief for the patient as they are in a familiar environment surrounded by loving people and their most treasured possessions. This type of treatment is more conducive to the patient’s recovery.

Guiding Home Care exists to take care of all your home healthcare needs. We can provide you with nursing, therapy, medical social worker and home health aide through our Home Health Division.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR HOME HEALTH SERVICES?

You are eligible to receive our services if you are currently being treated for an illness or have been recently hospitalized and are essentially homebound. A plan of care will be developed for each patient, and an order will be obtained from the patient’s physician.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Our services can be provided without cost to clients who qualify under certain state funded programs. We encourage clients who are interested in home care services to call our office to see if they qualify for these benefits. We also accept private payment directly from clients who do not qualify for services under the state funded programs.
